Curiosity
We begin with genuine questions—not assumptions about what you should do or how you should feel.

I believe better health conversations begin when someone listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and makes room for the whole person—not just the numbers.
Throughout my clinical career, I kept noticing the questions that didn’t fit neatly into a medical chart.
How does sleep affect everything else? What role do stress, nourishment, movement, hormones, habits, relationships, and environment play? How can someone make sense of conflicting information—and decide what is actually realistic in their own life?
Those questions deserve time, context, and an honest conversation. Heidi Unscripted grew from my desire to create room for exactly that: a thoughtful place to explore the bigger picture, understand the language of health, and move forward without being handed another rigid set of rules.
This work is not about giving you a perfect protocol. It is about helping you see patterns, prepare better questions, and identify practical next steps that belong to you.
We begin with genuine questions—not assumptions about what you should do or how you should feel.
Your symptoms, history, habits, responsibilities, and lived experience belong in the same conversation.
Complex information becomes useful when it is explained plainly and connected to what matters to you.
Insight matters—but practical, sustainable next steps are what help you move forward.
I am a board-certified physician assistant with years of experience across primary care, women’s health, and chronic disease management in both traditional and integrative settings.
My ongoing education in functional and integrative approaches has deepened my interest in hormones, bone health, metabolic health, and the many everyday factors that shape well-being.
That experience helps me translate complicated health information and recognize meaningful questions. Within Heidi Unscripted, however, I work solely as a health coach and educator—not as your physician assistant or medical provider.

Your experience is information. We begin with what you notice, what concerns you, and what matters most.
Not to interrogate the story, but to help reveal patterns, priorities, and places worth exploring.
No unnecessary jargon and no pretending that every health question has one simple answer.
You decide what fits, what you want to discuss with your healthcare team, and what steps feel right for your life.
“The goal isn’t to become perfect at health. It’s to become more connected to yourself, your questions, and your choices.”
